Chagrin Icon Supports Small Business Newbie
If you're from or have visited Chagrin Falls you've likely heard of Chuck's Fine Wines. It's about as iconic as it gets in the Village and for good reason. With its friendly staff, charmingly squeaky old wood floors, and a wine, cheese and beer selection that can't be beat it's no wonder Chuck's kills it. Needless to say, they've been around the block and long gone are the start-up days for this local business. If you've shopped at Chuck's you know that they're great people so it may not come as a surprise that when we approached them about hosting us for a Pop-up Cafe they were all about it. What did surprise us was that they were more interested in getting us exposure then in the extra traffic we thought the event would pull into their store. It goes to show you that good businesses are often run by some of the best people.
We're excited to share that since the first Pop-up Cafe went so well, save running to Chagrin Hardware to get an outlet adapter for our coffee grinder, Chuck's has invited us back on March 25th from 11:30-2:30 and we hope to make these a monthly occurrence moving forward! So be on the lookout when you're driving down Bell for our sidewalk sign queuing you in that there's a Pop-up Cafe in progress. In the meantime, when you need fine wine, beer or cheeses think of Chuck's and patronize a local business that makes us proud to be a part of this community.
