    About the Bean:

    This is an SHG EP grade coffee from Western Honduras. This microlot separation from producer Javier Fernandez was dry milled at Beneficio San Vicente. This 100% Catuai variety coffee was grown at altitudes of 1480-1700masl in Las Flores, Santa Barbara and is a washed processed product, dried on raised beds.
